What's your value rating?

Ik stel de cruciale vraag nog wel eens, gewoon omdat ik nieuwsgierig ben: waar ben jij retegoed in, wat is jouw specialisme, waarmee kom jij met je kop boven het maaiveld uit? In Gazelles termen: wat is jouw core purpose en wat is jouw brand promise?

Er zijn nogal wat mensen die nergens van blijken te zijn of het nog niet zo goed weten. Hoe kun je herkend worden als specialist, als expert, als guru, wat mij betreft, als je zelf niet weet waar je van bent?

Als ik in jouw omgeving rondvraag waar jij specialist in bent, wordt er dan lang nagedacht en zijn de antwoorden consistent? Hoe is jouw value rating op een schaal van 1 tot 10?
