      De afrekening

      Als ik jouw klanten van de afgelopen twee jaar zou vragen wat je hebt bijgedragen, wat krijg ik dan voor antwoorden? Was de prijs die ze hebben betaald in relatie tot wat je hebt geleverd? Als ik die klanten zou vragen wat de hoogte van de rekening achteraf had mogen zijn, hoeveel hoger of lager zou dan het eerlijke antwoord zijn, denk je? Durf je het aan om daarop te worden afgerekend?

      Of deugen je klanten niet...?
