1 Vraag-Gesprek: Dave Kurlan

The following is an answer from Dave Kurlan responding to my One Question Interview question of his single biggest success factor as an entrepreneur.

Dave is the founder and CEO of the Objective Management Group Inc. and CEO of David Kurlan & Associates. Dave has written two bestselling books on sales and is publicist on the weblog Understanding the Salesforce.

While this answer is not my single biggest success factor in selling, it is my single biggest success factor in business. Urgency. The ability to anticipate, prepare, focus and execute on what needs to be done – with a sense of urgency. This sense of urgency is the built-in controller that assures action and the actions lead to results. I find that when entrepreneurs lack this sense of urgency they aren’t able to identify problems in their business, miss opportunities and delay taking necessary actions for results.
